BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech men's golf team has announced its 2025-26 schedule led by seventh-year head coach Brian Sharp. The 2025-26 campaign includes 10 regular-season tournaments, including six that are new to Tech's schedule from last year.
Tech opens the fall campaign at the Visit Knoxville Collegiate (Sept. 5-7), hosted by Tennessee at Tennessee National Golf Club in Loudon, Tenn. The Hokies will then head to Waynesville, N.C., for the JT Poston Invitational (Sept. 14-16), a 54-hole event hosted by Western Carolina at Waynesville Inn and Golf Club.
In October, Tech will compete in three tournaments, beginning with the Cullan Brown Collegiate (Oct. 6-7) in Lexington, Ky., hosted by Kentucky at Lexington Country Club. The Hokies return to action for the Furman Intercollegiate (Oct. 18-19), played at Furman University Golf Club in Greenville, S.C.
The fall portion of the schedule wraps up at the Steelwood Collegiate (Oct. 25-26), hosted by South Alabama at Steelwood Country Club in Loxley, Ala.
Following the winter break, Tech returns to the course for the Palmas del Mar Collegiate (Feb. 8-10) hosted by UNC Greensboro and played at Palmas del Mar Country Club in Humacao, Puerto Rico.
The Hokies’ March schedule includes two events. First, they’ll tee it up at the Palmetto Intercollegiate (March 9-10) at Palmetto Golf Club in Aiken, S.C., hosted by USC Aiken. Later in the month, Tech travels to Greensboro, Ga., for the Linger Longer Invitational (March 20-22), hosted by Kennesaw State at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
April begins with a return to the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational (April 4-5), hosted in Augusta, Georgia, at Forest Hills Golf Club. The Hokies will then head to Charlottesville for the Lewis Chitengwa Invitational (April 13-14), hosted by Virginia at Birdwood Golf Club.
Postseason play begins with the ACC Men’s Golf Championship (April 23-27), contested at Shark's Tooth Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Fla. NCAA Regionals will take place May 18-20 at a site to be announced, followed by the NCAA Championship (May 29-June 3), hosted by the University of Texas at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California.
