Delaney Bookstein Season 2025-26

2025-26 (Junior)

• Finished first place in the 200 breast timed finals (2:14.84) and competed in the 400 IM at the Tennessee Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 28–March 1).
• Represented the Hokies at ACC Championships (Feb. 17–21), placing second in the 500 free and earning a personal-best time in the 1650 free.

2024-25 (Sophomore) 

• Competed at the Wolfpack Elite Invitational (Nov. 21-23), taking 12th in the 400 IM (4:22.04)
• Recorded three top-five finishes in the 500 free (4:46.51), 200 breast (2:14.27) and 400 IM (4:15.93) at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Earned a first-place finish in the 400 IM (4:17.31) and set a personal best in the 100 fly (58.10) at the Tennessee Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 28- March 1) 
• Represented the Hokies at ACC Championships (Feb. 18-22)

Prep/Personal: 

• Virginia State High School Champion 500 free 
• Third place in the 200 IM at Virginia High School States 
• Team Captain 
• Second team ALL metro 
• Student Scholar Athlete of the Year 
• Majoring in Human Development
