Prior to Virginia Tech: Competed collegiately at the Divison II level for Charleston from the fall of 2023 through the spring of 2025... Was a three time NCAA DII All-American, twice in the 800m and once as a member of the DMR... Was a five-time Mountain East Conference Individual Champion and a two-time runner-up... Owns personal-bests of 1:48.29 in the 800m, 3:48.15 in the 1500m, 4:04.35 in the mile, 8:22.65 in the 3,000m, 14:18.22 in the 5,000m, 18:21.2 in the 6x (xc), 24:28.5 in the 8k (xc) and 30:23.8 in the 10k (xc).
Personal: Son of Sue and Michael Idiens... Has two siblings, Henry and Charlotte... Majoring in sports media and communications.
