Outdoor Track & Field (2026): Recorded a career-best 15:18.71 in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships, placing eighth to earn First Team All-America honors for the first time and set the program record ... Claimed her first ACC title in the 5,000m with a time of 15:33.82 ... Competed in the 5,000m at the NCAA East First Round, clocking 15:31.94 to automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships ... Posted a career-best 4:14.40 in the 1,500m to win the Hill City Twilight and claim the No. 9 spot on the programs all-time top 10 list ... Ran a career-best 2:09.14 in the 800m at the Virginia Grand Prix, placing third.
Indoor Track & Field (2026): Recorded a personal-best 8:55.32 in the 3000m at the ASICS Sound Running Invite, setting the Virginia Tech program record and becoming the first Hokie to break the nine-minute barrier in the event. Earned First Team All-ACC honors after capturing bronze in the women's 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:56.82.
Cross Country (2025): Led the women’s team at the ACC Championships, placing 21st overall in 20:06.8 to earn her first All-ACC honor... earned her first NCAA Southeast All-Region honor after running a personal-best 19:53.6 to finish 16th in the 6K... placed second at the Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 20:02.6.
Outdoor Track & Field (2025): Did not compete.
Indoor Track & Field (2025): Posted marks in the 3,000m, 1,000m, mile and 1,500m during her freshman season... Rank a 9:22.34 in the 3,000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational for a No. 10 all-time top performance for Virginia Tech... posted a 2:45.64 in the 1,000m at the Hokie Invitational... Completed the mile in 4:40.48 at the Doc Hale Elite Meet for a No. 10 all-time top performance for Virginia Tech... Posted a 4:28.37 in the 1,500m at the Boston University DMR Challenge.
Cross Country (2024): Finished seventh at the Virginia Tech Invitational in the women's 4K in 14:16.3… Took 11th in the 6k at Panorama Farms Invitational with 20:57.0… Acquired a personal best in the 6k with 20:52.4 at ACC Cross Country Championships… Finished at 21:31.3 in the 6K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.
