Cross Country (2024): Competed at the NCAA DI Championship and ran the 10k in 30:24.5... Boasted a personal-best in the 10k of 30:12.8 at the NCAA DI Southeast Regional and captured a 14th place finish, earning NCAA All-Region honors... Captured the event win in the 6k with a time of 17:43.45 at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Captured the event win in the 8k with a time of 22:41.9 at the Hokie Invitational... Finished sixth at the Panorama Farms Invitational in the 8k at 23:29.2... Shattered the previous Buford C. Meredith Cross Country Course records in the 6k (17:43.5) and the 8k (22:41.9), breaking records from 2012 and 2016.
