CAREER RESULTS (TFFRS)

2023: Ran a personal-best time of 24:34.3 (8k) at the ACC Championships... Recorded a personal-best 6k time of 18:49.7 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

2022: Did not compete. 

High School:  Finished 13th at the 2021 OHSAA D1 state championships with a 5k personal-best time of 15:35.0... Placed seventh at the 2021 Youngstown Regionals. 

Personal: Son of Coleen and Les Plant... Has three siblings, Alexander, Shaylea, and Linsey ... Plans to major in human nutrition, foods, and exercise.
