Men's golf to compete in Schenkel Invitational

The Virginia Tech men's golf team returns to action this weekend at the 40th annual Schenkel Invitational. The three-day tournament will be played at the par 72, 6,962-yard Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Georgia.

SCHENKEL INVITATIONAL
The 14-team field will play the par 72, 6,962-yard Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Georgia. Now in its 40th year, the Schenkel Invitational is known as a top intercollegiate event. The Hokies join Notre Dame as the only two ACC teams in the field.
 
Play will consist of 18 holes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, beginning on March 15. There will be a practice round on Thursday, March 14.
