Student tickets on sale for men’s basketball

Student Ticket Info

BLACKSBURG – Following Wednesday's announcement of season ticket packages, Virginia Tech men's basketball has announced on Thursday that student tickets are now on sale.

The season ticket includes admission to 15 of the 18 home games at Carilion Clinic Court at Cassell Coliseum for the 2019-20 season.

The three games not included occur over the winter break. Students can purchase those games individually if they want to guarantee a seat at those select contests.

Students have until Oct. 23 at 4 p.m. ET to order. However, if the tickets sell out before then, they will no longer be on sale.

Something new for the 2019-20 season is that it will be general admission seating for students at men's basketball. Students who purchase a ticket or win a ticket in the lottery will choose their own seat within the student section.

Virginia Tech students are admitted free to women's basketball games, as seating for women's basketball continues to be general admission for students.

Tech's first game in Blacksburg will be on Friday, Nov. 8 against Coppin State in first-year coach Mike Young's debut at Cassell.
