Hokies open Spring 2020 slate at Dorado Beach Collegiate

BLACKSBURG – The Hokies open the Spring 2020 season at the Dorado Beach Collegiate. The three-day tournament will be played at the par 72, 7,112-yard Sugarcane Course of the TPC Dorado Beach in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

DORADO BEACH COLLEGIATE
This 15-team event is new stop for the Hokies' schedule. This year's tournament, hosted by UNC Greensboro, will consist of 18 holes of competition on each day. There is a practice round on Saturday. Tech joins fellow ACC members Louisville, Boston College and Notre Dame competing this weekend. No. 21 Louisville is the highest-ranked team in the event.
 
Interesting fact, the Hokies closed out the Fall 2019 schedule at the Grandover Collegiate, hosted by UNCG and open Spring 2020 at the Dorado Beach Classic, hosted by UNCG.
