Hokies head to Myrtle Beach for General Hackler Championship

BLACKSBURG — The Virginia Tech men's golf team returns to action March 14-16 at the General Hackler Championship hosted by Coastal Carolina at The Dunes Club (par 72, 7,233 yards).
 
The Hokies will be part of a field that includes six top-50 nationally-ranked teams. Fifteen teams are scheduled to compete, with four hailing from the ACC – North Carolina, NC State and Louisville will join Tech.
 
Mark Lawrence Jr., Daniel Azallion, Connor Johnson Jr., Bradley de Beer and Cameron Moore make up the Hokies' lineup for the fourth event of their season. Connor Burgess will play as an individual.
 
Tech is paired with Miami (OH) and UNC Greensboro for Sunday's opening round, which is set to get underway at 8:45 a.m. off hole 10.
