The Hokies prepare for the Virginia Tech Invitational

BLACKSBURG, VA – The Hokies are hosting the Virginia Tech Invitational beginning on Friday, February 4 and continuing through Sunday, February 6. Each day will have a morning and an evening session. Diving will compete on Friday and Saturday. The Hokies are coming off of a substantial victory over Penn State and looking forward to a weekend of strong competition before heading into the ACC Championships later this month.

"We are very excited about the Invite. In last four years, this has been a great competition for us. It gives our swimmers another chance to qualify for the ACC's and it is an excellent opportunity to measure where we are heading into the Championships. The whole team will be competing which will give them the ability to show the improvements they have made with all the hard training we did during the season. We are grateful that South Carolina and Duke are here to compete, and I can't wait to watch fast swimming throughout the weekend."
