BLACKSBURG – Head coach Brent Pry and the Virginia Tech football squad will kick off the 2022 Spring Game in Lane Stadium at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday on ACC Network.
The 30-minute radio pregame show will begin at 3:30 pm ET, with Danny Nokes and Mike Burnop calling the game on the Virginia Tech Sports Network. The upcoming 2022 campaign will mark Burnop's 40th season providing color commentary for the Hokies.
Tickets to the game ($5) must be purchased online in advance. For more information on parking, when gates open and more.
Coach Pry outlined the format for the game earlier this week, which is subject to change based on weather, the health of the team or other circumstances. Traditional in-game scoring will apply. The Hokies' roster will be split into Maroon and White units. Tech's coaching staff will be also be evenly distributed between the two "teams."
Prior to the National Anthem, a moment of silence will occur in honor of The Day of Remembrance on the Virginia Tech campus.

Once the team has cleared the field following the conclusion of the game, an announcement will be made inviting fans access to Worsham Field. Fans will be permitted to take photos and congregate on the field for a 30-minute period.
Coach Pry's postgame media session will be streamed live on HokieSports.com. His comments will be immediately followed by selected Virginia Tech student-athletes.
