BLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech football head coach Brent Pry announced on Wednesday that defensive lineman James Jennette, who is the No. 1 ranked JUCO edge rusher according to 247Sports, has signed with the Hokies on national signing day.
Jennette, who most recently comes from College of the Canyons, played in 2021 at William & Mary, following a standout high school career at Jordan High School in Durham, North Carolina.
The incoming redshirt junior puts a bow Tech's newcomers, which ranks top-five in the ACC, according to 247Sports.
