BLACKSBURG – The format for the 2023 Virginia Tech football spring game, which is presented by PMSI and will occur on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET at Lane Stadium, has been set.
Subject to change based on weather, the health of the team or other circumstances, the contest will have traditional in-game scoring apply and the Hokies' roster will be split into Maroon and White units. Tech's coaching staff will be also be evenly distributed between the two "teams".

Once the team has cleared the field following the conclusion of the game, an announcement will be made inviting fans access to Worsham Field. Fans will be permitted to take photos and congregate on the field for a 30-minute period.
Head coach Brent Pry's postgame media session will be streamed live on HokieSports.com. His comments will be immediately followed by the coordinators and select student-athletes.
