CINCINNATI – Virginia Tech's wide receivers Ali Jennings, Da'Quan Felton and Jaylin Lane were ranked as one of the highest-graded trios in the ACC according to Pro Football Focus (PFF).

Jennings enters the season as the second-highest graded (81.8) returning wide receiver, with Felton not far behind as the fourth-highest graded (78.3) at the position. Lane rounds out the top ten rankings as the seventh-highest graded (76.4) pass catcher.

Tech is the only team on the list to have three players ranked in the top 10 and two receivers in the top five. This ranking marks the second position group on the team to have multiple players ranked in the top 10 by PFF.

Jennings leads the trio of incoming transfers after leading Old Dominion in receptions (54) and receiving yards (959). The Richmond, Virginia native was named to the All-Sun Belt First Team after finishing third in the country with 106.6 yards per game.

Felton arrived in Blacksburg after playing 11 games for Norfolk State and leading the team in total touchdowns (7), receptions (39) and receiving yards (573). The redshirt senior also tied for the third-longest reception among FCS receivers, scoring a 90-yard touchdown against James Madison.

Lane entered the transfer portal after a standout season with Middle Tennessee State as both a receiver and returner. The All-C-USA honorable mention had a career year across the board in 2022, finishing the season with 69 receptions, 940 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Jennings and Lane were recently named to the Biletnikoff Award watch list, which is presented to college football's top wide receiver.

Hokie fans can watch Tech's newest additions in the season opener against Old Dominion on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Single-game tickets can now be purchased with seat locations for the week one matchup.
