CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Virginia Tech men's and women's track and field teams placed 32 athletes on the All-ACC Academic Team, announced the conference on Friday, June 21.
In men's and women's track and field, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 GPA for the immediately preceding semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative GPA during his or her academic career. The student-athlete must have also participated in either the ACC Championship and/or the NCAA Championship.
