Why did you choose Virginia Tech? I chose Virginia Tech because it always felt like home. My dad played on the tennis team, so growing up, my family and I would come to football games, soccer games, and tennis matches. I’ve been around this school for as long as I can remember and I love everything about it.
What was your favorite thing about your visit? One of the best parts of my visit was getting to meet the team. Right away, I could tell how close everyone was and how strong the team culture is. The energy, the support, and how everyone showed up for each other were great.
What excites you the most about being part of Virginia Tech women’s soccer? I am most excited about the opportunity to compete and train at such a high level. I’m looking forward to being challenged every day. I know this environment will help me grow and develop as a player.
What are your soccer strengths? One of my strengths on the field is my combativeness. I’m a very aggressive player and love getting into tackles and disrupting the play. I am also very strong with both my feet, which helps me play different positions on the field.
Who is your favorite pro player and why? My favorite pro player is Luka Modric. He does incredible things on the field, which makes him fun to watch. I admire him as a player.
What do you plan on majoring in? I plan on majoring in Finance.
What is one thing you want Virginia Tech fans to know about you? A fun fact would be that I have dual citizenship with Slovenia!
