JC Godin

Responsibilities:  Responsible for day-to-day management of Name, Image, and Likeness activities, Athlete Agent registration, Donation Requests, Transfers from VT, Time Management Plans, Complimentary Admissions, and Student-Athlete Employment. Assists with the Elite Student-Athlete Program and Rules Education. 

Joined VT Athletics Staff: 2021

Prior to Virginia Tech: JC served as an intern with the University of Alabama Athletic Compliance Department while earning his JD from the School of Law.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in American Studies, 2018 from the University of Alabama; Doctorate in Jurisprudence, 2021 from the University of Alabama School of Law; JD

Of Note: JC spends most of his free time in the kitchen. Often focusing on baking, he regularly keeps his house stocked with bread and breakfast rolls as well as being the designated Birthday chef within the Compliance Department.

Personal: A native of Toronto, Ontario JC Godin currently resides in Blacksburg, Virginia with his wife Samantha.
