He spent the 2017 season as director of football creative design at the United States Naval Academy. Conway previously worked at Virginia Tech as a recruiting assistant and graphic designer and was also the interim assistant director of football and recruiting operations at Boise State University. He served as the head graphic designer and assisted with on-campus recruiting and social media. The Broncos signed the top recruiting class in the Mountain West Conference in 2017. In his current role with the Hokies, Conway works with Zach Lantz, director of creative media, to meet the graphic design, photography and visual identity needs of the football program.
A native of Vienna, Virginia, Conway graduated from Virginia Tech in 2015 with his bachelor's degree in both Human Resources Management and Marketing Management. He earned a master's in sports administration from Northwestern this past spring.
