• Started and played in 32 games, averaging 30.0 minutes
• Averaged 8.0 points, 5.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game
• Finished the season ranked atop the ACC in assist-turnover ratio (2.7) and second in assists per game (5.7)
• Ranked top 25 nationally in assist-turnover ratio (6th), assists per game (17th), and total assists (24th, 182)
• Virginia Tech went 17-5 when Nelson dished out five or more assists in a game and 9-2 when she recorded seven or more. Its record was 9-3 when she dished five or more assists in ACC play

• Set new career marks in free throws made (8) and attempted (12) as she poured in 15 points against Virginia on Feb. 1
• Scored 13 points to go with seven assists and six rebounds at Stanford (Feb. 12)
• Notched her second double-double of her career at Virginia on March 1 with 11 assists and 10 points
• Had a near double-double in the ACC Second Round contest against Georgia Tech (March 5) where she posted 14 points and a career-high nine rebounds. She also tallied six assists, two steals, and a block without committing a turnover
• Dished out six assists in each of the two ACC Tournament games played, tying the third-best mark for an ACC tournament game in assists in the program's record book

2024-25 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
• Averaged 6.0 points, 3.3 assists, and 2.0 rebounds per game
• Owned a 1.8 assist to turnover ratio which ranked top 10 in the ACC
• Tallied four steals in the season opener against UNCW on Nov. 4Scored in double figures for the first time against Elon (Nov. 23) where she had 12 points on 5-7 shooting from the field
• Made her first career start on Dec. 8 at No. 8 Duke
• Scored 14 points versus Campbell and made all five field goal attempts on Dec. 21
• Played 30 minutes at Pitt (Jan. 23) without committing a turnover and led the team with five assists
• Had seven games of five or more assists this season, all Virginia Tech wins: Coppin State, Radford, Campbell, Pitt, SMU, Virginia, and Clemson
• Recorded her first double figure scoring game in ACC play at No. 12 North Carolina with 10 points on Feb. 13
• Finished the regular season with back-to-back double figure scoring games at Boston College (11) and Clemson (14) on Feb. 27 and March 2, respectively

2023-24 (FRESHMAN)
• Did not see game action, earning a redshirt

PREP
• Ranked 65 in 2023 ESPN HoopGurlz recruiting rankings.
• Played club ball for Team Exodus NYC EYBL. Made it to the 2022 EYBL finals and scored 18 points in the game.
• Played for St. Luke’s for three seasons, where she was a captain each year
• Led her team to NEPSAC championship game where she scored 45 points
• Scored 1,000 points her senior season and was FAA All-First Team, All-NEPSAC and was the Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year
• Selected to be a part of the Jr. NBA Court of Leaders
• Played soccer for two seasons.
• Competed for Greenwich for one season with coach Chrys Hernandez. She was First Team All-State as a freshman, totaling 530 points, 136 rebounds, and 89 steals in 23 games
