Student-Athlete Performance Center

The Student-Athlete Performance Center (SAPC) is a state of the art, athlete-only dining facility serving all 22 of VT’s athletic teams. It serves as the primary space for balanced, nutritious meals to optimize athlete health and performance. This $20 million facility is unlike any other in the ACC, and is an ideal space for enhancing athlete camaraderie. The SAPC operates with a full-service kitchen and provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the year. The SAPC is a multi-functional facility, and is also used for pre/post game meals, recruiting tours/events, educational sessions and special events. The space is managed primarily through Sodexo, however the Registered Dietitians are heavily involved in menu planning/development, oversight of meals and general operations.
