KEY DETAILS
- Membership Model: Each membership includes a guaranteed ticket for all 10 ACC home games, with special member only pricing for nonconference games that must be purchased separately during two windows in October and November.
- Seat Location: All nonconference tickets claimed will be in the same seats selected for conference home games. Members must claim all tickets on their account or none.
- There are two exclusive on-sale periods for ticket members to potentially upgrade their seats.
- Non-Conference Game Member Only Pricing:
- $5 per ticket, per game
- $30 per ticket for the SEC/ACC Challenge against Vanderbilt
NONCONFERENCE TICKET OPTIONS
You have 3 options regarding your ticket membership.
a) Claim your same seats - During the claim window (listed below) login to claim your same seats for each nonconference game at a discounted rate.
b) Upgrade your seats - If you don't act on Option A you'll have the opportunity to purchase nonconference tickets and select a different location prior to the on-sale to the general public.
c) Take no action - Can't make the game? Taking no action during the claim window will return your nonconference seats allowing them to be purchased by the general public and help fill every empty seat in Cassell.
For example, The HokieBird wants to attend Delaware State in his regular seats, does not want to attend USC Upstate so he can get some rest before the Clemson football game and would like to try and upgrade his seats for the Winthrop game. The HokieBird will log in to his account on Oct. 1 and select to attend Delaware State to keep his same seats. He will not select USC Upstate or Winthrop. On Oct. 9, he'll return to his account to try and upgrade his seats for the Winthrop game. There are no guarantees, however, that there will be seats available during the on-sale that will be better than his previously selected seats. However, when he logged in there were no seats better than what he had and his seats have already been claimed by someone else, so now he'll be sitting near the portal instead of in the front row.
WHEN CAN I PURCHASE NONCONFERENCE TICKETS?
- Window #1:
- Oct. 1-8 to claim same seats
- Oct. 9-13 to potentially upgrade seats
- Games to Claim: All November nonconference games (Del. State, USC Upstate, Winthrop, Jacksonville)
- Window #2:
- Nov. 4-11 to claim same seats
- Nov. 12-17 to potentially upgrade seats
- Games to Claim: All December nonconference games (Vanderbilt ($30), NC A&T, Navy)
HOW DO I PURCHASE NONCONFERENCE TICKETS?
- Beginning at 10 a.m. on the first date of each purchase window (Oct. 1 & Nov. 4) ticket members will be able to log in to their online ticket accounts to complete each respective non-conference ticket order.
- After logging in and accessing the ordering page, select the non-conference games you want to purchase tickets for and exclude the games you do not plan to attend. Members must claim all tickets on your account or none. For example, if you have 4 ticket memberships and would like to order tickets for the game against Vanderbilt, you must order all 4 tickets.
- A reminder that your seats will be automatically assigned to the same location you selected for conference home games.
- After completing the check-out process you’re all set! Tickets will be delivered digitally following the deadline for each window.
